INDUSTRIAL VACUUMS WITH HEPA FILTERS AND AUTOMATIC FILTERS CLEANING

Industrial vacuum cleaners with ASC, equipped with an automatic filter cleaning are suitable for big quantity of fine dust. Reliable and efficient, they are perfect for continuous applications without interruption even 24 hours on 24. The motor with side channel blowers provide excellent performance and can work continuously.

FILTERS ALWAYS CLEAN

The cyclic filter cleaning phases occur every minute, alternately cleaning each mounted filter for 1,5 seconds. The process uses vibrations and the blowing of air produced by the machine itself so an air compression unit is not necessary. During each phase, suction is closed off to the filter being cleaned producing more effective results.

ENDLESS SUCTION FILTER KEPT CONSTANTLY CLEANED FOR NON-STOP PRODUCTION MACHINERY

Industrial vacuum cleaners with ASC suitable for grinding machines and industrial concrete floor preparation, for sucking up large quantities of fine concrete dust, without interrupting the suction. The patented ASC system ensure a constant suction performance ensuring independently the cleaning of the filters without any user intervention and without interrupting the vacuum.

INDUSTRIAL VACUUM ASC: HOW IT WORKS?

The industrial vacuums ASC are multi-filter vacuum cleaners. All filters work together for 2 minutes at the end of which the cyclic cleaning take place by vibrating action; the system provides the closure suction on the filter to allow the fall of the accumulated dust and the vibration of the filter. During the cyclic cleaning, the other installed filters continue to aspirate. That allow to work without interruption.

HIGHEST STANDARD WITH HEPA FILTRATION

The safety of a deducted work environment is guaranteed by the use of HEPA filters capable of filtering 99,995% of dust with a particle size of 0,3 μ. The filter surface is also covered with a PTFE membrane that makes the surface smoother and therefore easier to clean. In addition, the PTFE membrane makes the filters waterproof. The external part is produced using conductive material to allow the discharge of electrostatic currents during use.

1: The three filters are protected by a special patented cyclone effec that prevents the problem of rapid filter clogging.

2: The filters are separated by plates to prevent the falling dust of the filter being cleaned from depositing on the other filters during use.

3: For the suction of any type of waste material, the vibrations and the air blown onto the filter combine to produce perfect filter cleaning.

4: Suction continues even during the cyclic filter cleaning phases.
