These innovative self-service vacuums are designed following industrial vacuum’s standards offering advantages in terms of suction efficiency and reduced filter clogging.
The maintenance of filters is absolutely limited compared to the conventional self-service vacuums, thanks to the Klinsystem industrial vacuums filtration technology and filters cleaning allowing an almost free-maintenance to the vacuum.
These great advantages bring benefits to the customer’s satisfaction in terms of performances and consequently to the car wash station’s owner limiting his contact with hazardous dusts, especially when the container must be emptied or a standard filter must be frequently cleaned.
FILTERING SYSTEM The aluminised Class M cartridge filter is conductive, ensuring the discharge of static electricity and protected by a special Patented cyclone made of stainless steel.
The tangential inlet is on standard, in order to prevent long bodies from getting stuck at the vacuum inlet, increasing moreover the cycloning effect of debris.
The filter protection is made to reduce the filter clogging and to ensure that the filter remains Dry even if customers would like to collect few quantities of liquids.
SMART AND HEALTHY DEBRIS DISPOSAL SYSTEM The quick tank release with wheels is useful to car-wash station’s owner when the vacuum must be emptied, avoiding to take the cover and conventional filters out ensuring a dust-free and comfortable maintenance.
