  • HELIX 000 Grit 60: Aggressive Grit. Suitable to remove deep marks or scratches on marble, concrete, natural stones and terrazzo.
  • HELIX 00 Grit 120: Suitable to remove deep marks or scratches on concrete, marble and natural stones.
  • HELIX 0 Grit 220: Suitable to remove light marks or light scratches on marble, concrete and natural stones.
  • HELIX 1 Grit 400: To use after HELIX 0 for a Matt finish. It also remove light scratches on concrete, marble and natural stones.
  • HELIX 2 Grit 800: To use after HELIX 1 for a honed finish.
  • HELIX 3 Grit 1800: To use after HELIX 2 for a semi gloss finish.
  • HELIX 4 Grit 3500*: To use after HELIX 3 for a gloss finish: Grit 4 is ideal for Buffing.

Marble and Terrazzo polishing system

Start grinding the floor with Helix grit 1 and 2 according to the condition of the floor, then proceed with HELIX grit 3 and 4. Use PADLUX floor pad and KS POLISH POWDER with little quantity of water to massage the floor until get the shine.

Old resin and epoxy coated floor restoration

High speed polishing machine like KP 43 DS DUAL SPEED is recommended. Start scrubbing the floor with HELIX grit 0 or 1 according to the condition of the floor then proceed with HELIX grit 2 and 3. It is always suggested to work with little quantity of water at the medium speed of 200 rpm for about 60 sec/mq. Polish with HELIX grit 4 working with little quantity of water at the higher speed of 400 rpm.

Matt finish ceramic, klinker and tiles heavy duty cleaning

(not for polished tiles).
Start scrubbing the floor with HELIX grit 2 according to the condition of the floor, work at low speed of 160 rpm. Work wet with little quantity of water until old marks and dirty will disappear. Proceed with HELIX grit 4 and little quantity of water at low speed. Polish with HELIX grit 5 working at high speed 400 rpm.

Linoleum, PVC, Vinyl floor restoration

(High speed polishing machine is recommended)
Start scrubbing the floor with HELIX grit 1 or 2 according to the condition of the floor, then proceed with HELIX grit 3. Work with little quantity of water at the medium speed of 200 rpm for about 60 sec/mq. Then polish with HELIX grit 4 and little quantity of water at the higher speed of 400 rpm.
