KLINSYSTEM TROWEL SHINE POLISHING SYSTEM
The fastest and most cost-efficient way to polish Concrete industrial floors.

New Klinsystem concrete polishing system with Power trowels suitable for new and old industrial floors with very large sizes where traditional grinding and polishing system is not the best option due to timeframe, budget or other constraints. Klinsytem Trowel Shine system is the fastest and most cost-effective sanding system for industrial cement floors in the world.

Klinsytem Trowel Shine system stands out from other systems on the market thanks to the velcro type drivers with multi-directional flexible joint that rotate allowing a better and faster processing. The system works with water for the first 5 steps using the Waffel grit 50-100-200-400-800 tools.

For the last steps grit 1800 and BUFF the system is completely dry. During polishing steps, the Klinsytem Trowel Shine system requires the use of the Concrete Hardner Lithium (concrete densifier) and the Concrete Guard Lithium (sealer Lithium based)

These products are not dangerous for the environment and are used to consolidate, harden and protect the surface.

Trowel shine tool holders

Choose between 10,63”/270mm and 14”/356mm tool holders, depending on your power trowel type, floating pans diameter and number of blades. It is recommended to match the number of tool holders to the number of the blades (on power trowel with 5 blades, it is best to install 5 tool holders).

The tool holders come with installation templates and instructions to help you drill the holes correctly.
