INDUSTRIAL VACUUMS GENERIC ALL-PURPOSE AND MODULAR

The range of industrial vacuum cleaners of the Base line is built with the classical and conventional filter systems known on the market; polyester fabric filters / nonwoven defined in pockets or stellar. Base line is suitable for multiple generic applications, but at the same time has the disadvantage of having little specific machines, especially in the case of intake of complex powders such as fine powders.

SUCTION OF DUST AND LIQUIDS

To obtain a multi-purpose vacuum cleaner that is suitable to the aspirations of each kind of material, be it liquid or dry the choice of type prefers the type of central inlet. This, thanks to the deflector, directs the flow of liquid downwards avoiding wetting the filter.
As for the suction of dust it proves to be less effective than tangential inlet as the deflector significantly slows the flow of the powder, which is more easily attracted to the filter.
