The professional vacuum cleaner POWERVAK SC 240 WD is the first professional vacuum cleaner that can suck up liquids without the need to remove the filter for dust which is always there. Another innovative solution for the suction of liquids consists in the presence of a float of the electrical type, which allows the automatic turning off of the vacuum cleaner when the maximum level is reached.

The possibility to use the vacuum for fluids does not prejudice the suction performanes of dust, in fact, this vacuum cleaner is fitted with a filter in M-class, and a series of semi-automatic system for cleaning the filter. All these features allow the adaptability of this vaccum cleaner in various sectors, from construction to the food or pharmaceutical one.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC FILTER CLEANING

These models are equipped with a very efficient filter-cleaning system, which can be activated by means of a special switch positioned on the command panel.
This function allows the re-establish of the filtering capacity without any effort on the part of the operator in a few seconds. Our polyester cartridge filters are certified in the M class series and have a layer of aluminum that makes them conductive and subsequently antistatic, which is necessary for discharge of electrostatic forces that are generated with the suction of dust, especially very fine particles. The use of an extremely smooth surface also allows dust to slip away thanks to the vibrations created by a shaker that perfectly clean the filter guaranteeing constant high suction performance.

FILTERS SYSTEM

These models use a conductive cartridge filter, which is necessary for discharge of electrostatic forces configured according to the requirements of the M or H versions.
The use of an extremely smooth surface also allows dust to slip away thanks to the vibrations created by a shaker piston that perfectly clean the filter guaranteeing constant high suction performance.

FILTERS PROTECTION

DUST SUCTION: Joined to the tangential entrance favors the cyclonic effect, increasing the filtering efficiency, reducing the premature blockage of the filter and act as a shield for abrasive materials collection.
LIQUIDS SUCTION: Allow the suction of dust and the liquids with the great advantage of maintaining the same configuration and allowing the filter to remain dry even during the cleaning of the liquids. Thus, the continuous mounting and dismantling of the filter is no longer necessary.

PATENTED CYCLONE

Joined to the tangential entrance favors the cyclonic effect, increasing the filtering efficiency, reducing the premature blockage of the filter and act as a shield for abrasive materials collection. The special slits in the upper part of the filter protection ensure that the sucked air flows evenly leaving a low speed in the base. This prevents both the dust that is moving down towards the container and that which has already been deposited from moving and being sucked onto the filter.

These innovative vacuum cleaners allow the cleaning of dust and the liquids with the great advantage of maintaining the same configuration and allowing the filter to remain dry even during the cleaning of the liquids. Thus, the continuous mounting and dismantling of the filters is no longer necessary.

ELECTRICAL FLOATING AND AUTOMATIC POWER OFF

The industrial vacuum cleaner is equipped with an automatic system of liquid arrest, which is ideal when it is necessary to clean large quantities of liquid even with the immersed pipe which allows for the switching off of the cleaner at the maximum level possible.
The need for a reliable method for the suction of fluids has led us to the introduction of an innovative system that allows the automatic turning off of the vacuum cleaner when the maximum liquid level is reached, by replacing the conventional mechanical systems subject to possible problems of malfunctioning in certain specific cases such as liquid intake with submerged tube.

The further advantage is that we didn’t have to change the configuration of the machine passing from the dust mode to the liquid due to the installed filter protection that prevents the filter from getting wet.
